Balance Keepers is a comprehensive bookkeeping agency serving clients across the United States. With over 25 years of combined experience, we’re a team of accounting pros who are prepared to assist with your bookkeeping needs, no matter how big or small they may be.
Our professional experience began at a multi-million-dollar company in NYC. We soaked up all the advice, guidance, and knowledge we were exposed to and, after developing strong corporate statures, decided to start our own bookkeeping agency in 2018. Today, our strong bond allows us to present a dynamic duo to our clients. We put 110% of ourselves into expanding our clientele, developing our reputation, and nurturing relationships with small businesses to assist them in furthering their growth and success through dependable bookkeeping services.
Meet The Team
Sandra Suarez
Sandra is a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor with over 16 years of experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Queens College while parenting her two wonderful boys.
Sandra’s experience began in the corporate world where she quickly advanced herself as a prominent figure in the accounting department. Here is where she began developing her skillset in billing, accounts receivable, financial statement analysis, and other pertinent aspects of accounting duties.
From there, she gained experience working with small businesses, managing all of their accounting records and bookkeeping needs including home contractors, independent artists, and e-commerce entrepreneurs.
Today, she combines her experience and skills to help small business owners however she can so they can remain focused on scaling their businesses with confidence.

Michelle Quinones
Mother to two beautiful sons, Michelle has over 25 years of dedicated experience in all aspects of accounting, AR, and collections.
With a bachelor’s in Psychology and background working with government programs, her unique perspective enables her to view accounting as an intricate puzzle that must be solved through proven strategies and quality processes.
She thoroughly enjoys the nature of her work and looks forward to assisting more clients in not only their accounting endeavors, but realizing their potential and how attainable their business dreams truly are.
